What you will be doing:

*Manage and oversee the receipt of bakery ingredients, packaging material, and other supplies.

*Ensure correctness of amounts, weights, and verify against company purchase orders.

*Conduct regular inventory checks, ensuring a first in, first out usage. Report any discrepancies or issues.

*Inspect incoming ingredients for contamination, ensuring cleanliness and proper storage.

*Operate powered equipment to transport materials to required areas.

*Maintain high safety standards and cleanliness, consistently ensuring the elimination of potential hazards.

*Uphold company standards, including GMP, Food Safety, Personal Safety, and Quality policies.

Position Requirements:

What we need from you:

*Comfortable in a warm working environment.

*At least 18 years of age or older.

*Ability to communicate effectively in English.

*Ability to work Nights, Weekends & Holidays.

*Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time.
